Long time geek, fangirl, mother, and reader. I've got a lot to say, you might not like it all, but it will be honest and hopefully helpful.
Still loving this. Really dig Tabby's friendship with Libby. They have some genuinely funny, snarky conversations. I really dig Libby. She both sounds and acts like a real teenage girl.
I'm also super curious about the latest [spoilery] development. Things have just taken an interesting turn.
Oh, and I forgot to mention this takes place in London, if you couldn't tell from the cover of the book. As an American reading, it doesn't jar me at all. Sure, I watch a lot of BBC, and read Harry Potter, but I think teens in the US would still have no problem with the slang and setting. In fact, I think some American teen readers would be even more interested in a book set in a big foreign city.
